We designed these socks together with our artists for Mental Health Day. They are part of a collection of three designs. Designs in traditional, recognizable patterns where one element stands out, simply because it is different. Being different gives color to the world, and to these beautiful socks. Mental health is one of the leading causes of homelessness, which is why we support Mental Health Day.

Luc Derck, aka Luclear, artist formerly known as “young man”.
We met Luc through De Facktorij, a collective of passionate artists with a story.
We got to know Christopher through the Street Nurses in Brussels. Born and raised in Molenbeek, this artist often worked at Atelier de La Perle in Brussels. The design on these socks is called “Pandark” and depicts two extremes in one, which symbolizes Christopher and his best friend.

Hetty worked for many years in healthcare and was a socially active and involved mother of two children. A divorce caused Hetty's 'normal' life to take a drastic turn. Her normal family life with a normal job abruptly ended. The diagnosis of Asperger's and ADD was made much too late, explaining many of the problems in her life, such as her difficulty with social contacts and the depressive periods she experienced.
Marcel is a true Delft resident at heart.
Since his teenage years, he has been an avid graffiti artist with an international network. He traveled throughout Europe to visit yards in many cities, always just to admire all the graffiti art. ;-)
