Conditions
The return option is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in the original packaging.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
To process your return, we need an order number or proof of your purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and process the exchange or refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If that's not the issue, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@letsdogoods.com and send your item to Artemisstraat 1, 5042 XA, Tilburg.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
