Helen has been an artist for nearly her entire life. Her work reflects her journey — intense, honest, and full of emotion. She lives with PTSD as a result of trauma, which brings recurring periods of anxiety and depression, yet it’s precisely in those moments that she continues to create. Right now, Helen is in a period of farewell and grief, a time of learning to let go. Art helps her turn pain into color and chaos into meaning.

Her sock is designed in warm autumn tones, with yellow symbolizing light, energy, and hope — a color that stands for resilience and the courage to move forward, even when things feel dark. Helen’s art embodies femininity and sensuality, with rich colors that express both strength and softness. A tribute to vulnerability, and to the beauty that lies within it.
