Her story

Yvonne did not have a very happy childhood and ended up in a shelter. She developed into a graphic designer and her creativity became the instrument to get her life on track. Psychosis put an end to the life she had so carefully built. Creating was no longer possible; all her creativity was lost. Reclaiming this creativity is a struggle. This sock is part of her struggle. The inspiration for the sock is Joe Frazier, an American boxer she knew from when she was young. His nickname was Smokin' Joe.
