Mayor Jan van Zanen (The Hague) visits the Social Socks Factory

We recently had a fantastic day! Mayor Jan van Zanen of The Hague paid a visit to the 50|50 Workcenter in The Hague, where our Social Socks Factory is also located. 🧦🙌🏼

We had a great time focusing on socks, art, and the inspiring stories of our outsider artists. Zenon, our amazing artist of the month, proudly presented his "Ilusion" socks to the mayor. During a beautiful speech, the mayor said: "Thank you for giving me the first pair. May art help you to master life." He immediately swapped his socks for these new art socks - how cool is that?

The mayor received a wonderful tour of the Social Socks Factory from us, and we ended the day perfectly with all attendees, enjoying a drink and some treats. 🥂🍰
